Our personal care services for aged care includes:

How to access personal care support
Commonwealth Home Support Program
Entry level in-home support can be funded through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Support at Home
Personal care support can be included as part of your funded services under Support at Home.
Self-funded Support
If you can’t wait, or not eligible for funding you can self-fund your personal care support.

Personal Aged Care FAQs
How much does personal aged care cost?
What you pay depends on your funding and how much help you need. Government funding through the Commonwealth Home Support Program or Support at Home covers personal care for many eligible older people, and self-funded options are available. We explain any costs up front.
How do I access personal care at home?
Most people access personal care through government funding, and you will usually need a My Aged Care assessment first. We can help you understand your options and get started, whether you are funded or self-funding.
Can Avivo help with higher personal care needs?
Yes. We support a range of needs, from a little help getting ready in the morning to more regular daily assistance. If your needs are higher or change over time, we adjust your personal care to match.
