Sometimes, getting there is half the battle and that’s where we come in. We can help you get to where your going, whether it’s a doctor’s appointment, grocery run, or a social event.
Avivo’s transport support makes getting from A to B simpler, safer, and more comfortable. We work with you to make sure your travel fits your schedule, your lifestyle, and your needs.
At Avivo, your Support Worker can also stay with you throughout your outing if you need them for confidence, safety, or just a friendly face.

Entry level in-home support can be funded through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Transport support can be included as part of your funded services under Support at Home.
If you can’t wait, or not eligible for funding you can self-fund your transport support.
Whether you’re just getting started, looking to switch providers or exploring funding, we’re here to help you navigate your options.
