Two types of care management
If you have a Support at Home plan, there are a couple of ways to manage your services. It really depends on how hands-on you want to be.
Agency-managed

Self-managed
Self-funded support means you privately pay for the services you need without having to wait for government-funded programs like the CHSP or Support at Home to be approved.
