We would love to hear from you if you have something good or not so good to say about the services you receive from Avivo.

It’s only when we hear your feedback, that we can make changes and improve. If you feel your feedback needs to be given outside your immediate team then please choose who you would like to have handle it. You have three choices open to you so choose the one you feel works best for you.

All feedback will be handled with confidentiality and discretion.

We encourage and support you to have independent support or advocacy whenever you require. Here are some independent advocacy organisations that can provide information and assistance.
