Our nurses train your regular team to meet your specific needs
Avivo’s skilled nurses provide compassionate, personalised care designed to help you live life your way at home. We work closely with your local support team to understand your needs, offering hands-on care and specialist guidance — always respecting your choices and supporting your independence.
If nursing support is needed, a qualified Avivo nurse will meet with you and your family to understand your specific needs.
We’ll create a personalised plan, which may include direct care and/or training your support team.
Our nurses review and monitor your plan regularly to make sure everything continues to work well for you.
If your needs change, your Support Worker can request nursing support at any time.

If you can’t wait, or not eligible for funding you can self-fund your nursing support.
