To help us stay true to our commitment to diversity, a Diversity Working Group was formed in 2018. The group is a representation of our varied workforce and customer base.

Increasing awareness and understanding about workplace diversity form a big part of what the group does. Its members consult with employees and customers to understand the main issues facing them and explore ways to embed diversity within Avivo.

Avivo’s Diversity Policy ensures the organisation encompasses customer diversity, and choice and control, whilst also protecting employees from discrimination.
