We’re changing the way Avivo is organised by forming smaller community-based teams that are focused on supporting customers living in more specific localities.
We’re also moving away from a traditional hierarchical structure with the intention of putting more information, technology and decision-making into the hands of our community-based employees. The formation of smaller, more empowered Neighbourhood Teams will allow stronger connections between teams and the customers they support, having a positive impact on the services we provide.
This transition, named Working Locally, is one of our current Strategic Goals. Its conception stemmed from Avivo’s vision of creating an organisation that supports the citizenship of our employees and customers. We believe that by giving employees opportunities to grow, they can do really amazing work as well as offer flexible and responsive support to our customers.
