You provide a wide range of supports and services to our customers in their homes and communities.
The Support Worker develops a partnership with their customer to provide the supports they choose to lead their lives. This position works in conjunction with the Coordination team and is supported by a Team Facilitator.
The Team Facilitator is a ‘hands on’ leadership role that provides individual support to customers and ensures Support Workers provide good services to people within their area.
Working with customers, family members and Support Workers, the role provides practical support and mentoring. Knowing the area is important to help design and deliver services and works closely with the coordination team to achieve great outcomes.
There are a wide range of roles within the organisation that work across the business and co-ordinate services to our customers.
