At Avivo, we’re proud to support veterans and their families through the Australian Government’s Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) Program, designed to help you remain independent at home, with access to practical services tailored to your needs.
This program offers entry-level, in-home support and is coordinated by trusted providers like Avivo across Perth and Western Australia.

You may be eligible if you:
A VHC assessment agency will guide you through a simple process to determine what services you can access.
Based on your assessment, you may be able to access:
If you’re eligible, the government subsidises most of the cost. Some services may have small contributions depending on your income and the type of service.

If you’re unable to afford co-payments, you can apply for a waiver, eligibility criteria apply.
To make sure your support continues to suit your needs, the Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) assessment agency will check in with you every 6 to 9 months for a reassessment.
