Navigating the mental health system can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re new to the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) or…

Our mental health support is grounded in recovery. We’re here to help you live healthier, maintain your home, manage daily tasks and money, and strengthen your relationships with family, friends and community. Whether it’s in-home support, building confidence and capacity, connecting socially, or providing respite for carers, we’ll work with you to shape a personalised plan that supports how you want to live, now and into the future.

We believe support should reflect the individual because no two journeys are alike. That’s why we offer tailored mental health support aligned with your recovery goals.

There are three ways to access Avivo’s mental health recovery services:
Whether you’re just getting started, switching providers, or exploring funding, Avivo can guide you through your options so you can access the right mental health support.

With over 80 neighbourhood teams, and supports in over 420 suburbs across WA, Avivo is built on local connections.
Because our support workers live and work in the communities we support, we understand the area from shopping centres and medical facilities to parks, cafés, and community spaces. This local knowledge allows us to provide personalised, culturally aware support to live life your way.
We offer a wide range of supports to help you live well, in your own way. This may include help at home, in the community, or through programs such as our Individualised Community Living Strategy (ICLS).
Our supports are for people who are experiencing mental ill-health and need some extra help day-to-day. If you’re unsure whether Avivo is right for you, give us a call—we’ll guide you through your options.
No. While many people come to us through the NDIS, we also provide support through other programs and funding options. We’ll work with you to find the right pathway.
You can contact us directly on 1300 428 486 or get in touch. Our team will listen to what’s important to you, explain the options available, and help set up the support that works best for your life.
ICLS is a program designed for people living with severe and persistent mental health challenges. It focuses on supporting you in your home and community so you can build confidence, independence, and stability.
We’re not a crisis service, but we can connect you with the right emergency supports if you need urgent help. For immediate crisis support, call 000 or contact Lifeline on 13 11 14.
We do our best to provide consistency so you can build trust and feel comfortable with your support team. Sometimes, things change, but we’ll always let you know and make sure you’re supported.
Absolutely. We know that family, friends, and carers often play an important role. With your consent, we welcome their involvement.
Costs depend on your funding and the type of support you choose. If you have an NDIS plan, your supports are usually covered. If not, we’ll explain the costs up front and explore other options with you.
