Is Avivo a registered provider?
Yes – we’re fully registered provider delivering a range of aged care services across Western Australia, and we’ve been trusted by over 50,000 Western Australians for nearly 60 years.
Can Avivo help me apply for the CHSP or SaH?
Yes. We can guide you through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) or Support at Home (SaH) application process and connect you with the right people to get your plan started.
Can I choose my own Support Workers?
Absolutely. We work with you to choose support workers who suit your needs, preferences and lifestyle, ensuring our aged care support services feel personal, consistent and aligned.
Will customers have the same Support Worker every time?
Yes! Avivo operates in Neighbourhood Teams, meaning we have small, local groups of support workers delivering aged care support services within their communities. We do our best to provide continuity of care with the same Support Workers each week.
Do you provide overnight support?
Yes, we offer overnight support depending on budget and care requirements. A two-week notice period is required to arrange this service.
