Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)

Support at Home

Private or self-funded

To access government-funded aged care services, you’ll usually need an assessment through My Aged Care. It can feel confusing, but we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Yes! Avivo operates in Neighbourhood Teams, meaning we have small, local groups of Support Workers delivering aged care support within their communities. We do our best to provide continuity of care with the same Support Workers each week.
Do you provide overnight support?
Yes, we offer overnight care for older people, depending on your funding and care requirements. Two weeks’ notice is required to arrange this service.
