Our range of veterans’ support services

Through the Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) program and other veteran support services, eligible veterans and their families can access practical help at home and in the community. Services are flexible and designed around what matters most to you.

The Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) program is designed for low-level, everyday support. If your needs are more complex, additional services can be accessed through the Support at Home program.
