At Avivo, we manage your government-funded Support at Home on your behalf, organising services, managing budgets, coordinating your team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll still have choice and input without the admin. 

What is an agency-managed plan?

With an agency-managed Support at Home, Avivo takes full responsibility for:

• Co-ordinating your services
• Managing your budget
• Rostering and scheduling support workers
• Ensuring your care meets government standards
• Handling all claims, invoicing and reporting

You’ll still have a say in how your care is delivered, but you won’t need to worry about paperwork, payments or provider contracts – we’ve got it covered.

With Avivo, you’ll have access to nearly 600 approved providers, including 200+ Allied Health professionals like physios, OTs and dietitians, even plumbers to mobility equipment providers. 

We’ll take care of coordinating the right support for you so you can feel confident, cared for and in good hands. 

Agency-managed is ideal if you: 

• Prefer a hands-off approach to managing care 

• Want a trusted provider to coordinate services for you 

• Need support with managing government funding and compliance 

• Value having one point of contact for all your aged care needs 

If you’d rather have a more hands-on approach, we also offer self-managed options. 

What you’ll pay for agency-managed 

We charge a 10% fee from your total Support at Home to ensure you get peace of mind. 
This covers everything from administration and compliance, to finding Support Workers, scheduling services, managing budgets, and making sure your plan runs smoothly.
