Staying in the place you know best brings comfort, security, and a sense of independence. Our role is to make that possible by providing in-home support, in the right way, so you can continue living life on your terms.
Support looks different for everyone and can be tailored to your situation. Under the Veterans Home Care (VHC) Program, you may be able to access:
Light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
Help with groceries and picking up essentials
Light gardening, maintenance, and making sure your home is safe
We’re here to support you with the things that keep you independent and comfortable in your own home.

You can access in-home support through:
The VHC program helps veterans and war widows/widowers with everyday tasks to keep living at home.
If you can’t wait, or not eligible for funding you can self-fund your in-home support.
Whether you’re just getting started, looking to switch providers or exploring funding, we’re here to help you navigate your options.
