Our nurses train your regular team to meet your specific needs
Avivo’s professional nurses are committed to delivering compassionate care that supports your independence at home. Working closely with our local teams of Support Workers, we take the time to understand your individual needs, providing direct care and specialist support to both you and your team.
If nursing support is needed, a qualified Avivo nurse will meet with you and your family to understand your specific needs.
We’ll create a personalised plan, which may include direct care and/or training your support team.
Our nurses review and monitor your plan regularly to make sure everything continues to work well for you.
If your needs change, your Support Worker can request nursing support at any time.
Nursing can be included as part of your funded services under a Support at Home.
If you have an NDIS plan, nursing services may be included as part of your funded supports. We can work with you to explore what’s possible.
If you can’t wait, or not eligible for funding you can self-fund your nursing support.
Whether you’re just getting started, looking to switch providers or exploring funding, we’re here to help you navigate your options.
