If you self-manage your NDIS plan, you’ll need to claim funds from the NDIS and pay Avivo for the supports you receive. Here’s how the process works.
Services are delivered as agreed.
Avivo emails you an invoice showing the supports delivered.
Log into myplace portal using your myGov account.
Submit a Payment Request.
The NDIS usually transfers funds within 48 hours.
Transfer the funds to Avivo’s bank account within 48 hours via Electronic Funds Transfer.

If you think there’s been an error with your payment, please let us know within seven days of the payment date.
You’ll need a myGov account that’s linked to the myplace portal. This is where you claim funds from the NDIS.

Once logged into myplace through your myGov account:
Funds are normally transferred into your bank account within 48 hours.
Payments usually arrive in your nominated bank account within 48 hours of lodging your claim on the myplace portal.

Avivo sends out monthly statements to help you track any unpaid invoices. Paying within 48 hours helps keep your account up to date and avoids overdue balances.
