Tom is the legal practitioner director of Tom & Co Legal and serves as Chair of Disability in the Arts Disadvantage in the Arts, Australia (DADAA), Deputy Chair of Technology for Ageing and Disability WA (TADWA), and holds positions on several other boards. In 2023, he was awarded Lawyer of the Year by The Law Society of Western Australia. With 46 years of lived disability experience and over 20 years as a non-executive director in various sectors, Tom is a passionate advocate for people with disabilities, regularly representing NDIS participants at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).

Stewart is a highly regarded financial and strategic leader in the resources industry, with a passion for developing high-performing cultures and leadership. He currently is the CFO at CBH Group and has held senior roles at BGC and Western Power and spent over two decades with BHP, including as CFO Iron Ore. Stewart brings commercial and cultural experience to Avivo, aiming to deliver great customer outcomes.

Mike is an experienced leader from the resources sector, now focused on empowering community service organisations to achieve long-term sustainability and growth while maintaining their core vision and values. He brings financial, commercial, and operational expertise to Avivo. Prior to joining the Avivo Board, Mike was Chairperson of the Board of Ovis Community Services, the primary provider of Family and Domestic Violence services to women and children in the Peel Region south of Perth.

Erin is a former state public servant and a current Justice of the Peace. She is also a member of the Curtin University Human Library, promoting diversity and inclusion within the community. Born with Cerebral Palsy, Erin brings valuable lived experience and formal training to her role on the Avivo Board.

Marie-Anne Keeffe (MAK) is an award-winning journalist and communications leader. Former Channel Seven producer and Telethon GM, she’s served on boards including Breast Cancer Care WA and the State Library, earning induction into the WA Women’s Hall of Fame. Now Director of Communications for WA Education, MAK specialises in strategic and crisis communications, brand and reputation management.
